Job Vacancy: Trainer in Enterprise Development

Job Description:

As a Trainer in Enterprise Development, you will play a crucial role in implementing Leventis Foundation’s training strategies in the Enterprise Development department. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing training strategies in Enterprise Development.
  • Contributing to the curriculum review and development of the Enterprise Development department.
  • Training students/trainees in theoretical and practical areas of enterprise development.
  • Participating in day-to-day operations of the school’s enterprises.
  • Supervising the annual implementation of the program of work for the department.
  • Contributing to Enterprise Development workshops, short courses, symposia, and seminars.
  • Providing input in planning, designing, and supervising the execution of departmental projects.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of quarterly and annual departmental reports.

Requirements:

  • Master’s (M.Sc.) degree in Agricultural Economics, Agricultural Extension & Farm Management, Food Processing & Nutrition, or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years (minimum of 8 years for BSc and HND respectively) of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
  • Proven practical knowledge and skills in enterprise development.
  • Hands-on experience in relevant areas.

Additional Requirements:

  • Computer literacy is a must.
  • Ability to speak the local language where the schools are located is an added advantage.
