Job Description:

As an ICT Officer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the foundation’s information technology infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and maintaining the organization’s ICT systems and networks.
• Providing technical support to users and troubleshooting ICT-related issues.
• Overseeing the installation and configuration of hardware and software.
• Implementing security measures to safeguard the organization’s ICT assets.
• Collaborating with internal departments to identify and address ICT needs.
• Keeping abreast of the latest developments in ICT and recommending technological advancements.
• Training staff on the effective use of ICT tools and applications.
• Developing and implementing ICT policies and procedures.
• Ensuring the reliability and security of the organization’s data.

 

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• A minimum of five years of post-qualification work experience in ICT.
• Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of network administration and cybersecurity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Professional certifications in relevant ICT fields will be an added advantage.
