Method of Preparation:
a. Boil water in a pot
b. Divide the boiled water with two parts
c. Add cocoyam flour to one part of the heat and stir with a wooden spoon
d. Gradually add the remaining heated water and continue stiring
e. Knead thoroughly for about 5 minutes or until a smooth but desired consistency is achieved
f. Serve with your choice of soup or stew
