TRAINER, CROP PRODUCTION & AGROFORESTRY
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a Trainer in Crop Production & Agroforestry, you will be responsible for:
• Teaching and training students/trainees in both theoretical and practical aspects of crop production and agroforestry.
• Implementing Leventis Foundation’s training strategies in crop production and agroforestry.
• Participating in the curriculum review and development of the Crop Production & Agroforestry department.
• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the school’s crop farm.
• Supervising the annual program of work in the department.
• Contributing to workshops, short courses, symposia, and seminars related to crop production and agroforestry.
• Providing input in planning, designing, and supervising the execution of departmental projects.
• Ensuring timely and accurate preparation of quarterly and annual departmental reports.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Master’s (M.Sc.) degree in Agronomy, Crop Production, or related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in Crop Production and agroforestry.
• Proven practical knowledge and skills in crop production and agroforestry.
• Hands-on experience in relevant areas.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Computer literacy is a must.
• Ability to speak the local language where the schools are located is an added advantage.
ACCOUNTANT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As an Accountant, you will be responsible for the management and reporting of financial data for the organization. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
• Reconciling the organization’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
• Completing analysis of employee expenditures.
• Managing income and expenditure accounts.
• Generating the organization’s financial reports using income and expenditure data.
• Overseeing the company’s finances based on the financial status.
• Filing and remitting taxes, pensions, and other financial obligations.
• Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.
• Drawing up and instituting internal financial control procedures in the organization.
• Experience with accounting and financial software such as Peachtree package and data entry.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets.
• Ability to prepare the organization’s annual budget.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.

LIVESTOCK/ FEEDMILL OPERATOR
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Efficiently operate feed mill equipment, to produce feed for livestock and poultry.
• Ensure all feed products meet the foundation’s quality standards by conducting regular checks for consistency, nutrient content, and hygiene.
• Conduct routine maintenance on feed mill machinery to ensure smooth operations and minimize downtime.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials to maintain quality and prevent contamination.
• Maintain accurate daily production logs, including quantities produced, ingredient usage, and machine performance.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations in the feed production area.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment by maintaining good housekeeping practices.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of finished feed products and raw materials, ensuring timely ordering and replenishment.
• Work closely with the farm manager and other departments to ensure feed production meets livestock and poultry requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of a National Diploma (ND) or relevant qualification in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience working in a feed mill or a similar environment. Previous experience operating feed mill machinery is an added advantage.

SCHOOL NURSE
The School Nurse is responsible for supporting the health and well-being of students by providing direct health care, promoting health education, etc. The nurse collaborates with educators, healthcare providers to ensure a safe and healthy school environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records for all students.
• Screen students for vision, hearing, scoliosis, and other health issues.
• Monitor and follow up on student immunization records in line with state or national requirements.
• Educate students and staff on health topics such as hygiene, nutrition, mental health, and disease prevention.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices within the school community.
• Participate in developing individualized education plans (IEPs) or health plans for students with special needs.
• Monitor for signs of communicable diseases and report outbreaks to appropriate authorities.
• Implement health and safety protocols to prevent the spread of infections.
