Job Description:

As a Supervisor in Fisheries, your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting Trainers and Assistant Trainers in class and field programs.
• Making input and supervising the review and development of training curriculum.
• Assisting Trainers and Assistant Trainers to ensure all Fisheries departmental practical are thoroughly carried out by the Trainees.
• Coordinating all training activities of the Fisheries department.
• Assisting in planning, designing, and supervising Fisheries departmental programs.
• Assisting and overseeing workshops, short-courses, symposia, and seminars in the Fisheries department.

Requirements:

• Higher National Diploma (HND), Postgraduate Diploma (PGD), or Bachelor (B.Sc.) degree in Fisheries or related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of post-qualification experience in Fisheries.
• Proven practical knowledge and skills in Fisheries.
• Hands-on experience in relevant areas.

Additional Requirements:

• Computer literacy is a must.
• Ability to speak the local language where the schools are located is an added advantage.
