Leventis Foundation Nigeria (LFN) in partnership with African Union, Economic, Social & Cultural Council (AU-ECOSOCC) in celebrating this year’s International Youth Day, presents Agricultural Youth Summit 2020 themed:

YOUTH EMPOWERMENT & SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONS FOR FOOD SECURITY AND GLOBAL AGRICULTURE

The Agricultural Youth Summit is an initiative that provides a unique opportunity to engage and celebrate youths while converging ideas for growth and development to empower the next generation of change-makers. The day-to-day realities of farming, agricultural production, and food consumption calls for innovative solutions, innovations that can transform today’s challenges into tomorrow’s breakthroughs. Participants would benefit from information on how to develop resilient agribusiness models for navigating the current changes in the local and international agricultural sector, as well as adopting innovative practices from within and outside this sector to improve market positioning. This summit will also provide information on the provision of food supply, food security and sustainability in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.
