Ingredient: 100% plantain

Method of Preparation for Plantain Flour

a. Boil water in a pot

b. Add plantain flour into the pot on heat and stir with a wooden spoon until a thicker desire is attained

c. Knead thoroughly for about 5 minutes or until a smooth but thick consistency is achieved

d. Add a little hot water, cover and allow to steam for some minutes

e. Serve with your choice of soup or stew
