Emmanuel obtained Masters Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management in 2001 from Far Eastern University (F.E.U.) Manila, Philippines, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Commerce with a major in Business Administration in 1997 from the University of Santo Tomas (U.S.T.) Manila, Philippines. Emmanuel has over 10 years of work experience in both public and private sectors in the Philippines and in Nigeria. He worked with Gerardo J. Santos International Development and Management Services Inc. (a Local NGO) Manila, Philippines as an Administrative/Program Coordinating Officer. In Nigeria, Emmanuel had worked with Cell Communications (a Network Communication Provider company) as a Customer Relations Officer ; Power Holding Company of Nigeria (former NEPA) as a Digital Meter Programmer ; Pre-pay Go Nigeria Limited (a Service Provider Company) as a Business Development Manager ; and Imo State Ministry of Finance as Analyst in the Debt Management Department. Emmanuel is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (N.I.M.) Chartered. As a Management and Development Professional, his interest is principally centered on seeking Evidence-Based solutions to problems as well as Managing organizations for Competitive Advantage.
