Job Description:
As an ICT Officer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the foundation’s information technology infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and maintaining the organization’s ICT systems and networks.
- Providing technical support to users and troubleshooting ICT-related issues.
- Overseeing the installation and configuration of hardware and software.
- Implementing security measures to safeguard the organization’s ICT assets.
- Collaborating with internal departments to identify and address ICT needs.
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments in ICT and recommending technological advancements.
- Training staff on the effective use of ICT tools and applications.
- Developing and implementing ICT policies and procedures.
- Ensuring the reliability and security of the organization’s data.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- A minimum of five years of post-qualification work experience in ICT.
- Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of network administration and cybersecurity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements:
- Professional certifications in relevant ICT fields will be an added advantage.
