As a Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and sustainability of Leventis Foundation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the development of proposals and reports, managing the submission and agreement processes.
- Collaborating across departments to compile necessary information for applications and reports.
- Managing the grant proposal and reporting calendars, and tracking activities in the fundraising database.
- Researching funding prospects and keeping abreast of grant and funding trends.
- Facilitating networking and partnerships to advance the foundation’s objectives and training programs.
- Contributing to business development and digital innovation.
- Facilitating the participation of ex-trainees in value chains of commodities through collaboration with strategic initiatives.
- Coordinating with senior management to set up business agendas and project impact.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
- A minimum of three years of post-qualification work experience.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Track record of developing successful plans and strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work experience within a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) is an added advantage.
